Abbie found yoga six years ago in a college elective course and walked out of her first class feeling immediately connected. After trekking across the country from Cincinnati to Encinitas in 2013, Abbie felt even more drawn to the yoga community where she completed her 200 hour training. What began as a physical practice and a fascinating new hobby continues to evolve into a passion for learning, a connection to community, and a deeper relationship to self and others. Her classes hold a focus on fluidity, dynamic sequences, good tunes and a sense of humor! She continues to explore the ways yoga shows up in her life outside of the classroom and sprinkles these messages into asana practices.
