She believes mindful yoga to be a gateway into accessing great authenticity in life. As an athlete and surfer, she often will gear classes towards unwinding and injury prevention for the athletic body. As a lifetime Encinitas native with a Yogini mother, Chloe has practiced many different types of yoga from an early age. Frustrated with collegiate running injuries and stagnation, she found refuge in practicing yoga at a deeper level. She is committed to helping those around her thrive and dig deep into creating a relationship with the mind and body with love and compassion.
