The first yoga class Lauren ever attended was Yoga 101, an evening college course in 2001 during her senior year at Indiana University. As she floated out of that class and walked home with a consuming sense of peace and self-awareness, she made a promise to herself that she would always make yoga a part of her life. The commitment wasn’t as easy as she thought; yet life’s struggles have always had a way of gently nudging her back to her mat. Taking another step by completing her 200-hour teacher training ten years later, she invested in the tools that would ultimately guide her through physical and emotional challenges in the years to follow including two pregnancies and births.
Lauren loves teaching yoga to pregnant women and anyone who wants to feel better in their body and mind.
