Leda’s is passionate about empowering individuals in their bodies, through mindfulness, movement and connection. She encourages students to set aside the limitations of the mind and explore new possibilities from a place of self love and curiosity, and thus expand their ability to adapt to ever changes circumstances in life.
Her love of yoga began as a compliment to her active outdoor lifestyle, but quickly transformed into a practice which deepened her understanding to herself, and her community, and the cycles of the nature. She is known for focus on breath and alignment, and often teaches based upon the seasons and lunar phases. Her light heart, love of music, and ability to bring students into a place full body awareness are her strong points.
Her love of the water and yoga has led her to leading teachers to become paddleboard yoga teachers, as well as regularly hosting women’s surf and yoga retreats, and leading 200 hour trainings.
