Always having maintained a very active lifestyle, Natalie focused her efforts in school to deepen her understanding of nutrition, health and wellness. Beginning her yoga practice over eight years ago, she has built a strong foundation for body mechanics and body awareness. Along with becoming a yoga teacher she has also become a certified personal trainer and is always looking to integrate more practices & therapies into her sessions & classes.

As her love for yoga, health & wellness has grown and flourished over the years, Natalie is hoping to share, inspire and guide those that hold the same passion and charisma.
